My signature menu draws upon European and South-East Asian flavours, balanced with my classical French training. My goal was to create dishes and an experience that showcases the stunning local produce from land and sea available here in Edinburgh. It mirrors the culinary journey of my life.

My Signature Menu is the product of years of loving exciting global flavours and my career as a professional chef.
I believe that the best food starts with the best, locally-sourced produce, which is abundant in Edinburgh and Scotland. Combining this with South-East Asian flavours and classic French technique, I hope to craft dishes to keep you guessing and smiling all night.
WINE PAIRINGS
A great meal deserves the right wines. I would be happy to discuss with you appropriate wine pairings for each course that will elevate your meal as well as suiting your preferences and your budget. If you would prefer a full service, I can all create a wine flight as part of the overall package. This would be designed bespoke to complement your chosen menu.
Canapés & Light Bites
I have always loved the little snacks and canapés that restaurants serve at the beginning of a meal. There is something about packing as much flavour as possible into a single mouthful.
Small bites can feature as part of a larger menu or the main event for a drinks party or gathering. A couple of ideas to inspire your bespoke menu could be:

How It Works…
Below outlines a typical dinner party process.
Step 1. Consultation
Request a consultation and I will be in touch to arrange a call. We’ll discuss style of food, particular requests and dietary requirements, event details and size, etc. This is a great chance for me to understand what you’re looking for and begin a plan that fits your needs. I will also confirm what kitchen equipment and space you have available. For larger events, we will discuss whether more wait-staff should be included in the quote.
Step 2. I cook, you eat
I will do all the food shopping for you.. While I typically use client’s crockery, glassware and linen, I can also provide these.I will arrive at your home or venue at a time we arrange to take over your kitchen and prepare your menu.
Kick back and relax – you are about to enjoy a professional chef experience in the comfort of your own space!
Step 3.
After the event, I will manage the entire clean-up, leaving your kitchen clean and tidy.
