My love for food started at an early age thanks to the abundance of incredible street food, fine dining and international cuisine available in vibrant Hong Kong, where I was born and raised.

I turned my love for food into a profession in 2018. I was greatly inspired by the work of chef Kerth Gumbs and he became my first mentor, introducing me to the professional world of fine dining.

My next position was as Demi Chef De Partie at Amethyst in Mayfair London. I delivered Grace Dent, Guardian restaurant critic, the first four courses the night she described Amethyst as ‘one of the UK’s best restaurants’. Working under Executive Chef Carlo Scotto I refined my technique and ability to combine flavours and cuisines to showcase the best of the finest ingredients.

Since then, I have been working in Edinburgh as a chef trainer and chef for a food charity.

Now, I’m living in Edinburgh and bringing together my love for great food and conversation by offering a bespoke private dining experience designed specifically for you and your guests, for those living both in the city and further afield.
